132. Produce Progress (Annual) Report | Active | This work element covers written reports about deliverable results in a contract that are submitted to BPA for dissemination to the public as a Progress (Annual) Report. These reports may cover less than a year or multiple years. Progress reports come in two types, Non-technical Progress Report and Technical Progress Report. Technical Progress Reports also include a Hybrid Progress Report format covering technical and non-technical work elements. Technical Progress Reports are used in contracts with RM&E Work Elements (156, 157 and 162). Non-technical Progress Reports are used for contracts that have no RM&E work elements. If you have a question regarding your project report, work with your COR and the Project’s RME SME to determine appropriate types, format, and due dates. For example, you may have separate chapters for RM&E, habitat restoration, and O&M activities. Reports should be submitted using the most recent BPA reporting guidance & templates available at https://www.cbfish.org/Help.mvc/GuidanceDocuments. Once uploaded to CBFish’s contract Documents, a progress report will be finalized by BPA with an identification number, and then made publicly available as a PDF via https://www.cbfish.org. | 2012 | 438 | The end date of the period your report covers.
