  • Rule 1 : Any ESA, NEPA, permitting, or other environmental compliance work should be split out under 165. Produce Environmental Compliance Documentation. Also, operations and maintenance (O&M) costs should be split out under 61. Maintain Artificial Production Facility/Infrastructure.

However, you may wish to split the different locations into separate work elements if it helps provide clarity for project management purposes.Please note: If fish are acclimated and released into separate subbasins, you must use separate work elements for each subbasin, but you may have multiple locations within each subbasin.
