I: 132 - 18.2e Produce CY2015 Integrated RME Technical Report for ISEMP/CHaMP
Description:
Beginning in CY2015, the Integrated Status and Effectiveness Monitoring Program (ISEMP; BPA Project 2003-017-00) and Columbia Habitat Monitoring Program (CHaMP; BPA Project Number 2011-006-00) will produce a single joint technical report. Report materials will be developed by ISEMP and CHaMP contractors and delivered to Terraqua, Inc. for compilation into a single report for transfer to BPA.

1. Results from ISEMP Intensively Monitored Watersheds (IMWs).
2. Fish status and trend data.

Due to the performance dates of the contracts associated with this reporting requirement (2/15/2015 - 2/14/2016) the CY2015 RME Integrated ISEMP/CHaMP Technical report will be completed under subsequent FY16 contracts.

Description: BPA fish and wildlife project sponsors who have the following work elements in their contract(s) are required to complete an RM&E technical report showing cumulative results and synthesis for the life of the studies objectives: 70 Install Equipment, 156 Develop RM&E Methods and Designs, 157 Collect/Generate/Validate Field and Lab Data, 158 Mark and Tag Animals, 159 Transfer/Consolidate Regionally Standardized Data, 160 Create/Manage/Maintain Database, and/or 162 Analyze/Interpret Data. Due to regulatory reporting requirements, BPA needs all sponsors to have draft reports submitted in January and final reports completed in March to align with BPA's BiOp and Council annual reporting timelines. Description: Create a template for your technical Annual Progress Report. Building off last year's report, develop a draft report on RM&E and data management actions and discuss relevancy of results to the Fish and Wildlife Program. Your report should include the cumulative data, analyses, and data management completed by your project by December 31st. Any activity after the last day of the calendar year should be included in a subsequent report. For example, if you have completed redd surveys, but have not completed the analyses, you will report the preliminary data (# of redds). You do not need to rush your analyses; they may be reported in the subsequent report. For more information, please see the guidance located at https://www.cbfish.org/Content/tutorials/Technical_Reporting_Guidance_2013. Upon completion, email a draft to your COTR and RMEsupport@bpa.gov for BPA review of the draft. If your Word file is too big to be emailed, upload it in Pisces as an “other” type with visibility to BPA and those in your contract, and send an email to your COTR and RMEsupport@bpa.gov to notify them you would like them to review.
