Description:
Conduct "fish consultation" with Technical Review Team as requested from proposal feedback. Conduct analysis of Site Implementation Areas (SIAs) 7 and 8 as outlined in River Design Group's preliminary Hydrologic Analysis. Consider if there are other floodplain opportunities as described in TRT review feedback. Conduct cost-benefit analysis of potential implementation areas and outline a plan for future design and implementation work based on analysis. Develop and document monitoring framework in coordination with USGS and partners and begin pre-restoration monitoring.
