H: 132 - Submit Progress Report for the period (Sep 2010) to (June 2012)
Description:
The final progress report will conform to all BPA reporting requirements. Among other information, the report will include coordinates for the locations of all PIT tag arrays installed under the contract, a map depicting the locations of arrays installed under this project, and descriptions and photographs of the sites. Additionally, the report will include technical specifications of each array including:
1. Noise values for each antenna at 100% noise gain at one minute intervals for one hour prior to installation.
2. Peak noise values for each antenna at 100% noise gain at 2 minute intervals for one month after final installation.
3. Current draw for each antenna @ 1min intervals for one hour prior to installation and at 2 minute intervals for one month after final installation.
4. Capacitor value for each antenna prior to and following installation.
5. Virtual test tag value that results in greater than 50% read rate.
6. Actual maximum read distance for ST and SST PIT tags at 0, 45, and 90 degree orientation to each antenna, prior to installation and after final installation at monthly intervals (when flow conditions permit).
7. Observed efficiency (fraction of positive detections) when a PIT tag is passed at a distance of 15 inches and 18 inches from the antenna coil.
8. Average number of detections per PIT tag as it passes through the effective read range.

In short, the annual report will describe the location and performance of the PIT tag arrays.
