Umatilla Hatchery and Basin Annual Operation Plan - Input will be provided in the development of the FY 2013-2014 Umatilla Hatchery and Basin Annual Operation Plan. The input will include but not be limited to 1) juvenile fish transport, acclimation and release schedules, 2) numbers of broodstock needed, 3) broodstock treatment protocols, 4) broodstock spawning protocols, and 5) data collection requirements. The plan will be finalized by September 30, 2013 by the ODFW Umatilla Hatchery O&M Project.
