When indicating a deliverable milestone as COMPLETE, the contractor shall provide metrics and the final location (latitude and longitude) prior to submitting the report to the BPA COTR.
	B	119	Manage and Administer Projects	Manage Project	Activities include invoicing, SOW preparation, coordination with other agencies on salmon habitat enhancement and restoration; administering cost-share funds for upland erosion and sediment control, no-till and direct seeding (fencing, vegetation plantings, and offsite water development practices will be completed under existing DOE grants); coordination with WSU on water quality monitoring data; coordination of activities to keep people involved and show the accomplishments of projects.
	C	55	Erosion and Sedimentation Control	Cost-share for upland erosion and sedimentation control	This project pays 75% cost-share on eligible expenses for installation of grassed waterways, terraces, sediment basins, and other approved upland practices. Specific locations and acreages are unknown and will be determined by voluntary enrollment of landowners/operators. Cost share will be given to landowners/operators not meeting their limitation on cost-share for these two practices (three crop years) with priority given to those that have never tried no-till direct seeding in the past. Specific locations and acreages are unknown and will be determined by voluntary enrollment of landowners/operators.
