	A	185	Produce CBFish Status Report	Periodic Status Reports for BPA	The Contractor shall report on the status of milestones and deliverables in Pisces. Reports shall be completed either monthly or quarterly as determined by the BPA COTR. Additionally, when indicating a deliverable milestone as COMPLETE, the contractor shall provide metrics and the final location (latitude and longitude) prior to submitting the report to the BPA COTR.

Manage existing Willamette Restoration program grants and work with project sponsors and partners on all manner of grant needs and project management responsibilities.
	C	191	Watershed Coordination	Willamette Coordination and TRT Meeting Facilitation	Attend various meetings dealing with fish and wildlife issues in the Willamette, including but not limited to: Willamette Wildlife Mitigation site visits, technical review, advisory group, and other associated program meetings; Habitat Technical Team meetings; NWPCC meetings; ISRP meetings; and other meetings with tribes, state and federal agencies, non-governmental organizations, and private funders. Schedule and coordinate technical review team (TRT) meetings. Prepare and disseminate necessary information (agendas, handouts, applications, ranking information, etc.) for TRT meetings. Facilitate and take notes at TRT meetings. Disseminate meeting notes, technical review results, and other information to technical reviewers, funders, and project sponsors post-meetings. Schedule and coordinate proposed project site visits for technical reviewers, funders, and project sponsors.
	D	114	Identify and Select Projects	Facilitate the annual selection of FY22 HTT projects	Coordinate restoration project solicitation for HTT funding. Create solicitation and application materials. Coordinate solicitation timeline, application revisions, etc. with technical reviewers and funders. Manage distribution of solicitation announcement and applications. Work with applicants on questions during proposal development. Schedule and facilitate Technical Review Team (TRT) review and selection of projects. Manage application submission and distribution of all pre-proposal and full proposal materials to technical reviewers and funders. Communicate with project applicants, technical reviewers, and funders throughout the review and selection process on project review, project modifications, etc. Assist with facilitation of HTT review and discussion of projects for consideration of BPA funding approval. 	E	132	Produce Progress (Annual) Report	Submit the Progress Report for the period 10/1/2020 to 9/30/2021	The progress report summarizes the project goal, objectives, hypotheses (for research), completed and uncompleted deliverables, problems encountered, lessons learned, and long-term planning. Examples of long-term planning include future improvements, new directions, or any ramping up or ramping down of contract components or of the project as a whole. 	F	141	Produce Other Reports	Other Reports for BPA	This work element covers any report required or produced for a contract, except those specifically covered under other work elements (e.g., 132. Produce (Annual) Progress Report, 183. Produce Journal Article, 185. Produce Pisces Status Report, or 202. Produce BiOp RPA Report). If this work element is used for multiple reports in the same contract, then each report should be listed as a separate milestone. This work element supports the development of reporting materials for the 2020-2021 ISRP/NWPCC umbrella project review (2009-012-00). The Willamette Monitoring Team will assist with data analysis and drafting a reporting narrative to explain findings to a variety of audiences, including the Habitat Technical Team, Northwest Power and Conservation Council, Independent Science Review Panel, and OWEB staff and board. No new data will be collected through this subcontract. The monitoring work is supported through other OWEB and BPA funding.
