	B	119	Manage and Administer Projects	Manage and Administer BPA Contracts and Maintain Latah SWCD Administrative Infrastructure	Routine administrative and contract tasks associated with the management and administration of this BPA contract. In addition to administrative staff expenses, Latah SWCD's fixed administrative infrastructure costs are incorporated into this WE. These fixed costs include rents, leases and office utilities.
	C	99	Outreach and Education	Solicit Landowner Participation, Enhance Public Understanding and Inform Public Entities	Interactions with landowners, and public entities will take place to review interests regarding the implementation of steelhead habitat restoration and/or protection strategies as well as improved agricultural practices to minimize sedimentation and nutrient loading to local streams. Latah SWCD will have direct interactions with landowners and land managers. Following these interactions, initial site reviews will be undertaken and conservation plans will be developed. Conservation implementation recommendations from these interactions may be incorporated into revisions of the Potlatch River Watershed Management Plan and, when appropriate, the Latah SWCD's 5-year Resource Conservation Plan. The development of social media tools, public presentations and printed materials will be emphasized. Empirical fish data by species and life stage (e.g. steelhead adult immigration, spawning, incubation, emergence, summer rearing, winter rearing, and juvenile emigration) and empirical physical habitat data (e.g. temperature, sediment, flow, floodplain connection, and riparian condition) will be displayed spatially in Arc GIS Online. The partners will analyze and interpret these data with a consistent and structured approach to determine priority areas and priority restoration actions within the Potlatch River Watershed. This evidence-based and consistent approach to project prioritization and planning is consistent with the larger restoration strategy presented in the Potlatch River Watershed Management Plan and the associated 2019 Amendment.
	D	114	Identify and Select Projects	Project Site Reviews, Conservation Planning/Design, and Proposal Development	Work with landowners identified through outreach and education efforts to review potential sites for riparian and stream habitat improvement projects. Outreach efforts, consultation, and site evaluations will be carried out in concert with the Potlatch River Watershed Management Plan (Plan). Empirical fish data by species and life stage (e.g. steelhead adult immigration, spawning, incubation, emergence, summer rearing, winter rearing, and juvenile emigration) and empirical physical habitat data (e.g. temperature, sediment, flow, floodplain connection, and riparian condition) will be displayed spatially in Arc GIS. Fisheries data is collected and managed by Idaho Department of Fish & Game. Conservation agency partners will analyze and interpret these data with a consistent and structured approach to determine priority areas and priority restoration actions within the Potlatch River Watershed. This evidence based and consistent approach to project prioritization and planning is consistent with the larger restoration strategy presented in the Potlatch River Watershed Management Plan. Individual landowners' site objectives will be paired with a prioritized set of restoration strategies, while heightening overall public awareness of the various means towards restoring a robust, self-sustaining steelhead population. Priority restoration projects will be defined and protection strategies to benefit steelhead habitat via direct, voluntary efforts on both private and public lands will be identified. Landowner initial conservation concept plans, which are set up to ensure landowner support prior to seeking funding, will be developed for sites that show a strong potential for habitat improvements. When appropriate, formal funding proposals will be developed for private, county, state and federal funding entities. With secured funding we will finalize conservation plans and contracts with the landowner.	Steelhead (O. mykiss) - Snake River DPS (Threatened)
	E	191	Watershed Coordination	Participate in Clearwater Subbasin and Potlatch Implementation Group coordination meetings and provide planning materials to partner agencies without violating landowner privacy issues	Participate in regional watershed coordination meetings, including the Potlatch Implementation Group, addressing habitat restoration, water quality, and land management actions that may affect steelhead habitat protection and/or restoration efforts within the area. The Potlatch Implementation Group is organized and facilitated by the Idaho Office of Species Conservation.
	F	174	Produce Plan	Beaver Relocation Program Planning	Latah SWCD staff will update the existing beaver relocation program plan for future beaver relocation activities within the priority subwatersheds in the Potlatch River watershed. The purpose of the program is to relocate beavers to suitable areas where additional beaver activity will benefit riparian restoration efforts designed to enhance habitat conditions for wild steelhead. The plan will include information on past reintroduction efforts as well as areas of focus for future efforts.	Steelhead (O. mykiss) - Snake River DPS (Threatened)
	G	185	Produce CBFish Status Report	Periodic Status Reports for BPA	The Contractor shall report on the status of milestones and deliverables in Pisces. Reports shall be completed either monthly or quarterly as determined by the BPA COTR. Additionally, when indicating a deliverable milestone as COMPLETE, the contractor shall provide metrics and the final location (latitude and longitude) prior to submitting the report to the BPA COTR.
	H	132	Produce Progress (Annual) Report	Submit Progress Report for the period (September 2021) to (August 2022)	The progress report summarizes the project goal, objectives, hypotheses (for research), completed and uncompleted deliverables, problems encountered, lessons learned, and long-term planning. Examples of long-term planning include future improvements, new directions, or any ramping up or ramping down of contract components or of the project as a whole.
