Contract Description:

Development of a comprehensive restoration plan for the central portion of the Green Island complex, including the CARP site. This will involve geomorphic, fluvial and vegetative analysis of design alternatives for the site, all aimed at increasing hydrologic connectivity of the historic floodplain at the confluence of the McKenzie River and Willamette Rivers. Components of the project include:

1) Restoration plan design and analysis
2) Permit application and management
3) Acquisition of restoration materials
