A | 176596 | 185 | Produce CBFish Status Report | Periodic Status Reports for BPA | The Contractor shall report on the status of milestones and deliverables in Pisces. Reports shall be completed either monthly or quarterly as determined by the BPA COTR. Additionally, when indicating a deliverable milestone as COMPLETE, the contractor shall provide metrics and the final location (latitude and longitude) prior to submitting the report to the BPA COTR. | $500 | 1.04% | 04/01/2018 | 12/31/2018 |
B | 176597 | 119 | Manage and Administer Projects | Routine contract administration | Project management includes preparing FY18 September accruals, managing budgets and providing information to BPA as requested. | $2,000 | 4.17% | 01/01/2018 | 12/31/2018 |
C | 176598 | 162 | Analyze/Interpret Data | Characterize spatial and temporal physical features of the plume | This is a continuation of a multi-year, multi-institutional study to evaluate the role of changing ocean conditions on growth and survival of juvenile salmon from the Columbia River basin as they enter the Columbia River plume and PNW coastal habitats. Adult returns vary dramatically (over 10 fold) as a result of changing (good or bad) ocean conditions juveniles experience. Evaluating the benefit of restoration efforts in the Columbia River to restore endangered salmon populations needs to consider ocean conditions as a contributing factor to recovery. OHSU will continue to simulate physical estuarine and plume conditions, and make them available for integration in the plume project cruises and multiple fisheries analyses that require them. This includes both continuing to conduct and analyze underlying circulation simulations (Task 5.1) and filtering the results to derive the estuarine (Task 2.3) and plume metrics (Task 5.3). | $43,500 | 90.63% | 01/01/2018 | 12/31/2018 |
D | 176599 | 132 | Produce Progress (Annual) Report | Provide information to NOAA for Submittal of Annual RME 2017 Report to BPA | Deliver Info to NOAA for 2017 RME Technical & Annual Report * Main RME Report will be covered by main NOAA FY18 contract for Plume Project and will be attached in Pisces at project level by NOAA lead Kym Jacobson. The RME report will cover 2017 and will be in lieu of an Annual Report. | $2,000 | 4.17% | 01/01/2018 | 03/15/2018 |
