	A	189	Coordination-Columbia Basinwide	Participate in regional Fish and Wildlife Program activities	MFWP will monitor and report on activities of key regional forums where policies, programs, and actions that affect fish and wildlife are planned and implemented. MFWP will participate in these forums as appropriate to represent MFWP perspectives and to provide information and analyses of current MFWP activities. Key regional forums may include, but are not limited to, focus groups formerly of the Columbia Fish and Wildlife Foundation (CBFWF - no longer in existence), meetings of the Northwest Power and Conservation Council (NPCC) , interfaces with the Independent Scientific Review Panel (ISRP), Columbia Basin mitigation forums of the US Army Corps of Engineers (COE), the Regional Implementation Oversight Group (RIOG), the Pacific Northwest Aquatic Monitoring Partnership (PNAMP), and all similarly relevant venues with particular emphasis on resident fish mitigation.
	B	122	Provide Technical Review and Recommendation	Provide Policy and technical reviews of Fish and Wildlife Program projects and issues	MFWP will convey policy and provide technical reviews relevant to Fish and Wildlife program projects and issues as necessary and appropriate to continued success of the current Fish and Wildlife Program..
	C	189	Coordination-Columbia Basinwide	Inter-Agency coordination	MFWP will assist and coordinate activities with other conservation partners in the Columbia Basin to provide status assessments of species, to establish mitigation and management strategies, to develop action plans, and to participate otherwise in conservation measures as necessary and appropriate to successful implementation of the current Fish and Wildlife Program.
	D	119	Manage and Administer Projects	Manage contract	This element is work by MFWP to establish, ,implement, and manage this contract. It includes administrative work in support of on-ground efforts and to support BPA's programmatic requirements such as metric reporting, financial reporting, and development of a SOW package that includes a draft statement of work and its budget.
	E	132	Produce Progress (Annual) Report	No progress report required. Pisces status reports are sufficient.	No report needed
	F	185	Produce CBFish Status Report	Periodic Status Reports for BPA	The Contractor shall report on the status of milestones and deliverables in Pisces. Reports shall be completed either monthly or quarterly as determined by the BPA COTR. Additionally, when indicating a deliverable milestone as COMPLETE, the contractor shall provide metrics and the final location (latitude and longitude) prior to submitting the report to the BPA COTR.
