 A185Produce CBFish Status ReportPeriodic Status Reports for BPAThe Contractor shall report on the status of milestones and deliverables in CBFish. Reports shall be completed either monthly or quarterly as determined by the BPA COR. Additionally, when indicating a deliverable milestone as COMPLETE, the contractor shall provide metrics and the final location (latitude and longitude) prior to submitting the report to the BPA COR.
 B189Coordination-Columbia BasinwideIDFG participation in regional Fish and Wildlife Program-related activitiesParticipate and contribute to Council and BPA sponsored/requested topical forums, reports and workgroups to aid in program development and implementation. Personnel from the IDFG staff pool including the listed Contract Manager, listed Supervisor and all Technical Contacts may participate as necessary and available. Participation in regional fish and wildlife forums will include travel by IDFG staff to Portland and vicinity for approximately 30 trips per year from Boise. Regional forums may include, but are not limited to, the Northwest Power and Conservation Council (Council), US Army Corps of Engineers (COE) Columbia River mitigation forums, Regional Implementation Oversight Group (RIOG), the Pacific Northwest Aquatic Monitoring Partnership (PNAMP), Coordinated Assessments Workgroup, BPA and BiOp related forums, and tribal coordination meetings. Documentation of coordination efforts will emphasize outcomes and the IDFG role and contributions to program policy development. IDFG staff may also attend conferences or seminars in support of resident fish/wildlife monitoring and support ongoing assessments of the status of the species and implementation of strategies and actions to help determine if protection, mitigation, and enhancement efforts are successful in the Columbia River Basin. IDFG staff may participate in but not limited to: Planning, preparation, and logistics for ISRP Project Reviews Predation workshops on native and non-native species Fish Screen Oversight Committee meetings, workshops, products, and assignments Council’s Fish and Wildlife Plan Revisions, workshops, and assignments Biological Objective development, monitoring, and evaluation Threats to Program investments (biological and non-biological) Data Management Forums BPA program reporting needs, meetings, and assignments BiOp related reporting needs, meetings, and assignments Track Council’s Fish and Wildlife Committee meetings and disseminate relevant information to members/stakeholder groups. Regularly check on updates to the Council’s website for relevant Council/ISRP/ISAB reports and disseminate relevant information to members/stakeholder groups.  C189Coordination-Columbia BasinwideCoordinate and Facilitate Fish Screen Oversight Committee (FSOC) ActivitiesFacilitate the Fish Screen Oversight Committee's (FSOC) annual meetings, quarterly stakeholder phone conferences, and other special committee endeavors as identified (e.g. training, workshops, etc.). Meetings include the Fish Screen and Passage Workshop and the Pacific Northwest Fish Screening and Passage Training Session (alternate years, one meeting per year). QW Consulting will maintain FSOC web pages to provide access to fish and wildlife managers, BPA staff, NPCC staff, and the public regarding meeting agendas, action notes, and reference documents to support FSOC.  D122Provide Technical Review and RecommendationIDFG Technical and Policy ReviewIDFG will provide Policy and technical reviews of BPA's and Council's F&W Program projects and issues. Review projects for technical merit, provide review and comment on technical issues in the Fish and Wildlife programs. IDFG will ensure efficiencies, where possible, between BPA/Council Fish and Wildlife Program and other non BPA funded fish and wildlife work in Idaho. A priority function identified in the Council's Regional Coordination Project Recommendations is to "participate and contribute to ongoing work to improve program reporting, evaluation and assessment". This work element addresses IDFG participation in and contributions toward improving program reporting, evaluation, and assessment. IDFG staff will review, contribute and participate as necessary and available in activities identified in the Council's draft work plan and collaborate in BiOp and other regional technical and policy forums as necessary.
