 D122Provide Technical Review and RecommendationR,O & M ExaminationsAll sites will be inspected by a Reclamation engineer and the Yakima Field Office Fish Passage & Screening supervisor on a six year rotating basis. This is to identify tasks that need to be completed to keep the screens operating within criteria and for facility safety. For example, facilities structural and mechanical components are inspected for wear and serviceability, paint and coatings are inspected for integrity.
 E186Operate and Maintain Habitat/Passage/StructureO&M at Roza Trap FacilityYakima Field Office (YFO) Fish Passage and Screening crew will: 1) remove and replace oils in mechanical components requiring such i.e. air compressors, pumps, etc. All other lubricated moving points shall be inspected and lubricated to insure proper operation. 2) inspect all mechanical components and structural components of the hopper hoist assembly for wear and operational ability. Perform repairs and/or part replacement where needed. Perform safety inspection. 3) inspect all mechanical components and structural components of the barrier hoist assembly for wear and operational ability. Perform repairs and/or part replacement where needed. Perform safety inspection. 4) inspect all mechanical components and structural components (other than hoists) for wear and operational ability. Perform repairs and/or part replacement where needed. 5) secure facility from theft and vandalism and allow operators to work in a safe environment. 6) YFO maintenance crew will inspect the power distribution infrastructure that provides power to the Roza Adult Collection Facility once a year. 7) YFO locksmith will complete an annual maintenance on all locking mechanisms within the facility. This shall consist of lubrication and checking for proper operation. Should improper operation be found the lock shall be repaired or replaced. 8) Provide monthly operation inspections of the emergency lighting within the facility.  F122Provide Technical Review and RecommendationAnnual Work Plan MeetingReclamation Fish Passage & Screening personnel and the Reclamation fish biologist will plan and participate in the annual work plan meeting with BPA and WDFW Screen Shop personnel, providing updates of seasonal activities, review evaluation of monitored sites, discuss future needs at specific sites, and consult on assignment of new or reassigned sites.

 H185Produce CBFish Status ReportPeriodic Status Reports for BPAThe Contractor shall report on the status of milestones and deliverables in CBFish. Reports shall be completed either monthly or quarterly as determined by the BPA COR. Additionally, when indicating a deliverable milestone as COMPLETE, the contractor shall provide metrics and the final location (latitude and longitude) prior to submitting the report to the BPA COR.
 I119Manage and Administer ProjectsBudget Management and Contractor ReimbursementsAt sites where Reclamation is responsible for all operations and maintenance, O&M staff will verify and process invoices submitted for payment by irrigation district and canal company contractors (water users) for costs over and above their historic operation and maintenance costs incurred during the irrigation season. At sites where the primary O&M duties are assigned to WDFW, WDFW under separate contract with BPA, has responsibility for monitoring work quality and activity of those water users and making payments to those water users for work performed where required under their own water user subcontracts. In case of disputes, Reclamation shall serve as the final authority regarding water user work performance and cost reimbursements. For sites requiring modifications, submit within-year funding requests for implementation of those modifications.
