These fish will be received from the Spokane Tribal (100,000) and Ford (200,000) Fish Hatcheries in June at 50-80 fish per/lb. and reared in the raceways until they are transferred to the net pens in October at approximately 5 - 15 fish per/lb. First, up to 60,000 fish are transferred out to the Lake Roosevelt Volunteer Net Pen Project (Hall Creek) and then the remaining 225,000 fish are moved to Sherman Creeks own 18 net pens for winter rearing. These fish are then reared over winter for release into Lake Roosevelt @ approximately 2 - 5 fish per/lb. after the spring drawdown.Trout, Rainbow (Oncorhynchus mykiss)
