Permit application are submitted to NOAA-Fisheries in November, a year to date report of take and mortalities in December, and final report in January. In addition, take and mortality may need to be periodically updated through out the year.

A draft of the annual report will be provided to the COTR no later than Oct 31, 2005. The final annual report will be submitted electronically to BPA by November 30, 2005 if COTR provides comments by November 15. Otherwise, the final report will be submitted 10 working days after WDFW receives comments from COTR.
