	A	185	Produce CBFish Status Report	Periodic Status Reports for BPA	The Contractor shall report on the status of milestones and deliverables in Pisces. Reports shall be completed either monthly or quarterly as determined by the BPA COTR. Additionally, when indicating a deliverable milestone as COMPLETE, the contractor shall provide metrics and the final location (latitude and longitude) prior to submitting the report to the BPA COTR.
	B	165	Produce Environmental Compliance Documentation	NOAA-Fisheries ESA Research Permit	Wild steelhead adults and juveniles in the Wind River are listed under the Endangered Species Act (ESA) and NOAA-Fisheries requires that WDFW obtain a 4d scientific research permit for both adult and juvenile trapping. Permit applications are submitted to NOAA-Fisheries in November, a year to date report of take and mortalities in December, and final report in January. In addition, take and mortality may need to be periodically updated through out the year.

A draft of the annual report will be provided to the COTR no later than Oct 31, 2008. The final annual report will be submitted electronically to BPA by November 30, 2008 if COTR provides comments by November 15. Otherwise, the final report will be submitted 10 working days after WDFW receives comments from COTR.
