PIT tag pre-approval

The BPA project manager must pre-approve the shipment of PIT tags. The BPA project manager should contact BPA's PIT tag coordinator, to initiate the pre-approval process. BPA's PIT tag coordinator will use the project budget tool in CBFish to ensure that adequate money has been allocated for the PIT tag purchase.

Each year the contractor is required to submit a PIT tag forecast in the Tag Distribution Inventory (TDI) (within http://www.ptagis.org) to PSMFC.
